Congratulations on your acceptance to the College of Visual Arts! Here are the next steps towards becoming a CVA Student:

  • Complete the Notification of Attendance form included in your acceptance packet.
  • Tuition Deposit: Payment of a $200 tuition deposit secures a position at CVA for accepted applicants and allows new students to register for classes. This deposit is applied directly to the first semester tuition cost.  Deposits received before May 1 for fall semester and before December 1 for spring semester are refundable. Deposits received after May 1  are nonrefundable unless the refund is requested within three days after payment.
  • Complete Financial Aid process.

New Student Registration

Monday, January 7 , 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Registration includes receiving your class schedule, meeting your fellow classmates, and learning more about student life at CVA, and the CVA community. Parents and family are encouraged to attend. PLEASE RSVP

New Student Orientation

Friday, January 18 , 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
 Orientation is an important transition and welcome to your college career at CVA, therefore attendance is required for all incoming students. Students will meet their assigned peer mentors and advisors, be introduced to the digital labs and hear about campus safety. They will also go through the validation process with the Financial Aid, Business and Registrar’s Offices. Attendance is required. PLEASE RSVP
