 Congratulations on your acceptance to the College of Visual Arts. Now that you have been accepted, you need to determine whether CVA is the right college for you. We understand that this is not an easy decision and encourage you to visit or revisit the campus, sit in on a class, or speak with a faculty member.

  • Complete the Notification of Attendance form included in your acceptance packet.
  • Tuition Deposit: Payment of a $200 tuition deposit secures a position at CVA for accepted applicants and allows new students to register for classes. This deposit is applied directly to the first semester tuition cost.  Deposits received before May 1 for fall semester and before December 1 for spring semester are refundable. Deposits received after May 1 or December 1 are nonrefundable unless the refund is requested within three days after payment.
  • Complete Financial Aid process.

Welcome to the CVA Community! You will be receiving a packet on Regsitration and becoming a CVA student. The next step is to complete the following:

  • Final transcripts must be sent to the Admissions Office.
  • Complete Medical Forms given in deposit packet. Include proof of health insurance.
  • If applicable, request disability accommodations.
  • If applicable, complete housing roommate questionnaire given in deposit packet.

    Monday, June 21 -  Registration Session I (only required to attend one)
    Friday, July 16 - Registration Session II
    Saturday, July 17 - Housing Day
    Thursday, September 2 - Orientation Day 1 (Parents & Students)
    Friday, September 3 - Orientation Day 2 (Students only)
    Tuesday, September 7 - Fall 2010 semester  begins
