admissions winter workshops

CVA has year round special pre-college on-campus workshops and classes. Summer 2011 classes will be posted in February. High school students may also be interested in events and workshops  hosted by the CVA Admissions Office.

Creating a Digital Portfolio

This one-day workshop provides the tips, tricks, and techniques to digitally document your artwork like a pro. In our photo studio, you learn how to feature your work through photography. Training in our Mac Pro lab provides an understanding of basic photo-correcting techniques. At the end of the day, you leave with a disk that provides a digital inventory of ten pieces of artwork and, most importantly, a working knowledge of how to document your work for a professional portfolio.
