CVA’s printmaking studios include a main printshop equipped with a plate lithography press and three intaglio presses suitable for intaglio, monotype, collage, transfer, and embossing techniques. Adjacent is a ventilated acid/solvent room equipped with an acid sink, and solvent washer.

A classroom for water-based screen-printing is outfitted with large work tables for clean tasks and a sink wash-out area. A relief studio houses a Vandercook letterpress and book press, and a separate composing room for type. The dark room has sinks and several exposing units for photo screens, intaglio photo plates, photo-litho plates, photopolymer relief, and letterpress. The college provides students with the basic materials of inks and solvents.
