McCreery in Blake Collects: Parents as Artists

Faculty member Michelle McCreery is participating in an exhibition at the Martha Bennett Gallery at The Blake School from March 7 through April 8, 2011. The exhibition entitled Blake Collects: Parents as Artists will showcase a wide variety of artwork ctreated by parents of Blake students. To date, parents from more than 30 Blake families have signed up to participate in this year’s show. Items to be exhibited this year include photography and drawings, jewelry and ceramics, bronze sculpture and Japanese brush painting, watercolor and oil paintings. Student members of the Blake chapter of the National Art Honor Society will help mount the exhibition again this year.
