L‘Enfant Gives Portrait Lecture

Liberal Arts Chair Julie L‘Enfant will be giving a lecture “The Changing Face of Portraiture” covering from 1880 to the present on Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts. The lecture is in conjunction with an exhibition About Face:Portraits from the Minnesota Museum of American Art being held from February 24 through March 26, 2011.

Julie will also be on a panel led by Kristen Makholm, Executive Director of the MMAA, with Diane Mullin, Associate Curator of the Weisman Art Museum and artist Wing Young Huie.  This gallery conversation takes place on March 10, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts.
