Frick Curates Exhibition at Fox Tax Gallery

Alumna Hannah Frick ’11 has curated Entanglement at the Fox Tax Gallery in Minneapolis. The group exhibition which opens on Saturday, December 17, 2011 features artists utilizing the medium of collage. Included in the exhibiton are CVA alumni Beth Bowman ’01, Allen Brewer ’97, Jesse Draxler ’07, Hannah Frick ’11, Jessica Slagle’11, and Vanesa Windschitl ’11, as well as many other local artists.

In Entanglement, seemingly disparate work with various concepts and subject matter are brought together and unified by a common technique, much as a collage takes many separate elements and transforms the parts into a cohesive whole.
