Benincasa in American Juried Art Salon

Adjunct faculty member Pat Benincasa has been accepted into the American Juried Art Salon 2012 Spring/Summer Exhibition. Benincasa was one of six Award of Excellence recipients for her piece Blast Furnace #1. The American Juried Art Salon exhibition is an online gallery opening on June 28, 2012 and will be on view for one year.

The twice-a-year art exhibition attracts artists from throughout the world. The judges for this event included Peter Baldaia, Director of Curatorial Affairs, Huntsville Museum of Art, Huntsville Alabama; Paula Tognarelli, Executive Director, The Griffin Museum of Photography, Winchester, Massachusetts; and Michele Bechtell, Director, Madison Museum of Fine Art, Madison, Georgia.
